Rental rates additional information

• Optional Extra Pool/Spa Heat $45 per day

• Optional Extra BBQ $80 per week

• Minimum Stay 4 Nights

• Please ask for quote on less than 7 days.  Go to our Booking Inquiry's.                                                   

• A deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will then serve as your security deposit when rental payment is received in full. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure date providing no damage or loss was incurred during your stay.                                                                                                           

• 50% of your rental rate is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.                                                           The balance of your rental rate is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.                                               Bookings made less than 60 days prior to your arrival date are due in full at the time of booking. 
   

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing. 
  Cancellations made more than 120 days prior to arrival – Full refund.                                               Cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival – Loss of deposit. 
  Cancellations between 60-30 days prior to arrival – Loss of 50% of rental charge. 
  Cancellations less that 30 days prior to arrival – Loss of full rental charge, however the security deposit will be refunded in full.                                                                                                         

• If the Client makes no rental payments on set due dates and no contact from the client about  cancellation – Loss of Security deposit.                                                                                              All explained in our T&C's when booking.                                                                                              

• Payment in US$ or GBP£ are accepted, subject to Current Exchange rate at time of booking. 

• UK Bank transfer or Paypal and Credit card accepted via PayPal. Please note that there will be a 4% charge for this service.).

• Rates are subject to change without notice. Pricing excludes taxes, clean and damage waiver additional options and fees. 

• SPECIAL OFFERS and PRICE FLEX ON CERTAIN DATES, PLEASE CONTACT US. Easter and Christmas Seasons have higher rates. We are here to help and can be flexible depending upon period and duration. Please ask for quote on less than 7 days.
